In order for your return to be accepted and processed,
you must contact our Client Services Team +1-203-822-8854
or via the Ebay messaging system
to obtain an RMA#. Any return received without an RMA# will not be
accepted and processed.

Our goal at shiptheparts is to provide
high quality aftermarket automotive parts coupled with outstanding customer
service support. Unfortunately, sometimes human error and product
failures do occur. Toward that end, detailed below are our Returns and
Warranty Policies.
DISCLAIMER: Photographs are
representative of functionality only and the company reserves the right to
substitute product of same quality, type and functionality.
RETURN POLICY
shiptheparts
will not warranty any/all parts which are not installed by an ASE certified
mechanic.
v Non-returnable orders:
Ø Custom or special
orders
Ø Installed, used or disassembled items
Ø Electrical Parts and Components (Such
as: ECU's, coils, blowers, relays, etc.)
v All returns must meet
the below listed criteria to be accepted & processed:
Ø Must have an RMA
number assigned
Ø Must be returned
within 14 days of the purchase date
Ø Are not used,
installed, or disassembled
Ø Do not have missing
parts, hardware or instructions
Ø Are in the original
packaging
Notes:
ü eBay customers must
first agree to the eBay withdrawal process before any refund will be issued.
ü Original method of
payment will be refunded upon the acceptance of returned merchandise.
ü An RMA number is
valid for ten (10) days from date of issuance.
ü If the item or the
order received free shipping, the shipping cost (FCP Paid) will be deducted
from the cost of the merchandise returned.
ü If there is proof of
error on our part, you can obtain a pre-paid shipping label for your return
of merchandise (continental U.S. only). However, if the product was
ordered in error, all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
v Returning Part of
Kit:
Ø Must have an RMA
number assigned
Ø Must be returned
within 14 days of the purchase date
Ø All Part of Kit
returns must be pre-authorized by a shiptheparts Client Services
Representative.
Ø Any Part of Kit
return received without prior authorization, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Ø All Part of Kit
returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Once
we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the products and
verified that your return meets the above requirements, a refund will be
issued to the original method of payment.
RESTOCKING FEES
At
DeustchepartsUSA option a restocking fee can be applied to the following:
Ø Products not returned
in the original packaging in sellable condition
Ø Authorized Part of
Kit returns
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY
All
parts purchased from shiptheparts carry a full unconditional one year
warranty from date of purchase to be free of all defects in material or
workmanship. Should a part fail within the twelve (12) month warranty period,
shiptheparts will provide an immediate replacement of the part. This Warranty
Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price,
and/or any labor costs involved in the removal and installation of the
part. Additionally, shiptheparts is not responsible for any loss of use
in service or repair costs incurred for incidental damage resulting from the
failed product.
shiptheparts
is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may
result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances
shall shiptheparts be liable for any loss, cost expense, inconvenience or
damage exceeding the purchase price of the product. shiptheparts makes
no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness of particular purpose, or
conformity to any to any representative or description, with respect to this
product other than as set forth below. The warranty and remedies set
forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all other, oral or written,
expressed or implied.
Warranty Replacement Requirements:
Ø The defective item
needs to be returned to the facility within one (1) year of the original date
of purchase
Ø The original
defective merchandise must be returned to our facility or a hold of deposit
provided before issuing a new warrantied item
Ø shiptheparts reserves
the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements setforth
in this Warranty Replacement Policy
Notes:
ü Customer to be
responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a warranty exchange.
ü All warranty returns
will be inspected by our ASE certified Technician before any warranty
replacement is finalized and issued.
