 The Medical Aid To Vietnam Committee was an anti war, anti Richard Nixon, 

support organization,  after the war ended, for aid to the North Vietnamese 

 This pinback button was worn as an anti war pin and in support of the group.

The name of the sponsoring organization and union bug are on the curl of the button.
