International deliveries will be handled by the carrier. Delivery costs and times will vary depending on location. If you would like an exact time frame before ordering, please get in touch.

Please note:

• Any items needing to be resized will have a longer delivery time. We aim to dispatch these within 7 working days, but times may vary depending on the time of year and the workload of our workshop.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it is in the carrier's hands, and we cannot guarantee deliveries arriving on time due to weather and other factors that can affect the carrier's delivery systems.
• If you wish to purchase an item that is currently out of stock, please contact us as some items are regularly restocked.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we will be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, for ebay purchases only. Please contact us for more details on this.

If you would like to return any item within the time frame stated above, please make sure you have the original order confirmation email to hand.

The following conditions apply:

• Item must be returned unworn and in original condition.
• Goods are returned with original packaging together with any labels or guarantee/certificate where appropriate.

Please note:

• We do not provide any return labels. Buyer pays for return postage.
• To receive your refund, the items must be back in our possession before a refund is processed.
• We cannot exchange or return items that have been altered in any way.
• We cannot exchange or return any type of earring due to health and safety reasons.

If we have altered a ring for you and it is still not fitting correctly, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution for you.
