I mail orders via First Class Mail with tracking.  
I pack products with RIGID support to protect Flatness during transit.  
To open pkg, slit end of envelope, and slide contents out.  
Rather than try to untape, I encourage you to slit the tape where it 
wraps to the back of stiffener.  KEEP FLAT while you unpackage.
DO NOT FLEX OR BEND.  
In case you want to return the product, 
you MUST return parts, repackage to the same standard as I packed product to you.  
Without proper packing, the product will be destroyed up in transit.
