2nd Class delivery - please allow between 3-10 working days to arrive
1st Class delivery - please allow between 1-7 working days to arrive
Special Delivery - Guaranteed next day service ( once your item has been dispatched)

If the item you have ordered is not personalised we can accept a return, however the return postage will be the buyers responsibility.
Once the item has been returned and in the same condition we will issue a refund for the full cost of the item (minus any postage upgrades)
