  • If not satisfied with the item bought you can return it to us for a refund.

    Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed.

    All items are brand new and must be in the exact same condition as sent.

    We must be informed of return within 7 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    The reason for return and your eBay ID number must be included with the item.

    All the refunds will be made excluding the actual postage charge.

    Please note that refunds can take up to three days after we have received the returned goods.

    Please keep the receipt of postage when you post the return in case of a query.

    You are responsible for your returns postage.

    In the case of exchanges please return the item for a refund and purchase the item again from our shop.

     

    Shipping:

    Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. This may vary during our exceptionally busy periods.

    Orders placed after this time will be dispatched within one working day after confirmation and receipt of cleared payment. 
    Orders are not dispatched for shipment on weekend and bank holidays.
