This collectible is New in the Box.  I listed it as USED because it has two imperfections, which are that the left-hand side plastic has an approx. 4 1/2" tear and "Maddox" is written in red marker on the front side.  I am, unfortunately, 99.99% certain it is not Tommy Maddox' signature (remember him from the early 2000s?).

Aside from those defects, the Box is in Very Nice condition.
