Marked with Green M Wreath Hand Painted Made In Japan puts this in the transition between Nippon and the Art Deco era. 1918-1921.

Piece has quite a bit of wear on the gilded edges, but no cracks, chips or scratches. There are some glaze spots/impurities that can be seen in the pictures.
