This overprint on the new sets of stamps was issued on the 9th February 2024 The stamps all have the following overprint - 9-11 febrero Madrid You can select either a set of 4 with the same values Tarifa A Retail Price - EURO 3.28 OR a strip of 4 with different values Tarifa A Tarifa A2 Tarifa B Tarifa C Retail Price - EURO 5.19 The serial number on the stamps is similar to the following - B2ES24 ES01-5228-238 Backing on this variety is the usual waxed paper.
