Crafted from robust Iroko timber, this Clawton gate features a classic straight heel for added stability. Ideal for garden or field use, it delivers long-lasting strength with natural, rustic appeal.

Please Note: We advise customers not to install or apply any further treatment until the timber is fully dry, as this could cause the timber to split and warp. Timber sizes can also vary due to the weather conditions before dispatch. Gates can warp, bend and crack under severe weather conditions and unfortunately, is just a factor of wood itself. If this does happen please feel free to contact us for some advice and tips.

Returns

Faulty/damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item, or necessary proof, which will be decided at Ruby UK's discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.

Goods supplied incorrect to order will be replaced by the correct goods upon return of the incorrect item.

In the event of a customer changing their mind or ordering the incorrect size, We are more than happy to accept returns for exchange/refund, but cannot refund any shipping costs in this scenario, as this is a cost that cannot be recovered.

We will also issue an invoice to cover the postage costs of the replacement item. For items with free delivery, we will still require the customer to cover the costs of shipping, and there will be a handling fee deducted from refunds to cover the P&P costs incurred. This cost is variable based on the shipping costs of the item in question.
