Fabric content tag has been cut off, but it is a faux suede like stretchy fabric. I'm assuming a polyester, spandex mix. Features a wide elastic waist band with a side zipper and zippers at the ankle. Laying flat and unstretched measures 12" in the waist. 17" in the hips, 11" rise, and 28" inseam.
