For info purposes, this sump bolt is for all models 1999 onwards, it is a bit longer than the length of the Golf mk2 mk3 era and other older models pre 1999. (see our shop if your model is before 99 ) also a telling point is pre 1999 the washer is loose and made of copper, post 1999 the washer can not be removed from the bolt and is made of steel alloy, Not copper.
