Small Hole in back cover. Some fading on inside covers.  Pages are deckled and fading. The paper is starting to feel brittle but still in decent condition.  An interesting insight into a child prodigy pianist and very competent artist who premieres and interprets many of Gershwin's works.  Gives a glimpse at life in New York and Hollywood during their hey day era - 1920's  to 1950's.
