I ordered the poster, and the shipping tracker said it was sent, but I never received it. What do I do now?
Contact us as soon as you feel that your poster is overdue. Sometimes the postal system is a bit slow and we may ask that you wait a couple more days to see if it arrives. If it doesn't, we will ship another to you. PERIOD. It's that simple. No hassles. Your complete satisfaction is our mission.

When you say customization what do you mean? When we say that you can customize a poster we mean that you can change color scheme or the text for a particular poster. This is particularly powerful for teachers looking to add colorful posters to their classroom.
OR if you don't see what you want on our site, but have a great idea for a poster, we will create a poster just for you. Just email us with the text or the idea, and we will take it from there.
I see that you offer multiple poster discounts, but when I checked out I was charged full price, what gives? First let us apologize. Ebay was designed as an online auction not a store, and so their listing software does not allow us to automatically apply discounts at check-out. Rest assured, that we will make it all work out for you, but you will have to go through the purchase process again. We start by refunding your purchase. Next we ask that you to go back to our store and click on the "money saving bundles" item in the left menu. Then choose the appropriate item from the listing of multiple poster bundles and proceed to checkout. Before you complete the transaction click on notes to seller and tell us the names (item numbers would be helpful) of the posters you want. Yes we know it's cumbersome, but again we are limited by Ebay on this one.
What if I don't like the poster once I get it?
We know that sometimes what you get isn't exactly what you had in mind when you decided to buy the poster. Face it, it happens to all of us. We are totally committed to your satisfaction, so if it turns out that the poster you bought isn't really what you wanted -- no problem, just contact us and let us know and we will take care of it to your complete satisfaction. THAT'S A PROMISE. We take customer service very seriously and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your posters FOR ANY REASON simply return the item within 14 days and we will refund your purchase in full immediately.
