Kyocera uses premier submicron carbide manufactured in Japan. Tools are manufactured in accordance with ISO certified quality procedures. They offer high-volume, CNC grinding consistency in diameters from .0015" to .500", with tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
The “rules of the tools” apply. What this means is that all unused tools can be returned for a full refund (minus freight), no questions asked.
