How It Files:

• Steering: This plane uses a differential speed approach.  This is different than rudder-based controls in that one motor will slow down and the other speed up to turn left or right.  No part of the wings or fin move making this an easy to fly remote control plane.  Need more lift? Give it more throttle.  Decent? Less throttle.
• The remote provides fine tuning of the left and right motors to ensure a straight flight.
• Think of this remote control plane as a glider plane with two motors that you control.
• This item has LED lighting under the wings.  Our lighting system is sealed and does not have exposed wires.

Warranty and Returns

Foam RC Planes provides a 60-day warranty for the products sold on this website.  This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period.  The warranty starts on the date as of the date of delivery.

Warranty Claims

During the Warranty Period, if a Product is found to be defective or is malfunctioning do to a manufacturing defect or workmanship, you may be eligible for warranty service.  To make a warranty claim, please fill out our Orders and Returns form to begin the warranty process.

Warranty Exclusions for Flown Airplanes

Please be aware that our product warranty does not extend to airplanes that have been flown. Prior to your first flight, it is crucial to conduct a full pre-flight check. Foam RC Planes shall not be held liable for failures, operational concerns, natural wear and tear, damages, accidents, or injuries resulting from abnormal usage, operator skill levels, weather conditions, and/or terrain.

It is essential to recognize that RC models are consumables. The product and its accessories may experience wear and tear over multiple uses, necessitating the purchase of replacements by the buyer.

Proof of Warranty Defect Mandatory

Should you encounter any issues with the product, it is essential to furnish photographic and/or video evidence of the problem. Upon reaching out to us, a member of our product support team will assess the provided information and images, collaborating with you on troubleshooting and diagnosis. Numerous concerns can be promptly addressed through adjustments to settings or configurations.
