Returns policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days. The customer will pay the return postage and we will exchange your item for you or give you a full refund once the item has been received. We do not refund postage. We aim to respond to messages as fast as possible and many issues will have received a response within 3 working days.

All clothing and footwear items need to be returned unworn, undamaged in its original plastic/box packaging and in a condition fit for resale. All ornamental items need to be returned in its original box with all polystyrene packaging intact and in a state fit for resale (Unless the item arrives to you damaged and you have stated this is the reason for return). All other items need to be returned unused, undamaged and in original cellophane packaging in a resale-able condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or underwear once they have been tried on or worn.
