1. Conclusion of contract
Your contractual partner for all orders is S-TEC sports GmbH, Managing Director Henning Schwiese, Beckmannstege 10, 46514 Schermbeck. Our offers in the online shop, in news letters and in our store are non-binding. By placing an order in the online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the product in question. The customer is bound to the offer until the cancellation period expires. We are entitled to accept the offer within this period. Immediately upon receipt of the offer, we will send the customer a confirmation of receipt of the offer, which does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The offer is only considered accepted by us as soon as we declare acceptance to the customer (via email) or send the goods. The purchase contract with the customer is only concluded with our acceptance. The contracts with the customer are concluded exclusively in German, regardless of whether the customer places the order via the German-language site or non-German-language sites of the online shop.

2. Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or has. Consequences of revocation

For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

3. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of S-TEC sports GmbH until full payment has been made.

4. Shipping/Payment
If you pick up the goods in our store, payment is made by the buyer on site and when the purchased item is handed over. If payment is made in advance, the buyer will receive an invoice from us with which he can carry out the transfer, stating the customer number and the invoice number. He is obliged to carry out the transfer stating the customer number and invoice number. Upon receipt of payment, the item will be shipped to the buyer. When paying by cash on delivery, the buyer makes payment when the goods are handed over by our logistics partner (e.g. UPS).

5. If the goods are not available, we will inform you immediately.

6. Guarantee/Warranty
If there is a defect, the legal regulations apply. Please check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as transport damage. You are legally obliged to inform us of errors and defects in the goods so that we can remedy the situation.
