CORRECT FOR Standard And Decor 2-Spoke Wheel.   Not for 1971 Mustang Standard Wheel, which used a Small Round Pad.  This Does Not Have the Center Insert. You can Use the Standard or Decor Insert.  This is an ORIGINAL FORD PAD. Molded D0AA-3E662-BW.  The Pad is in Good Original condition.   Has Great Original Blue Color and Texture. No major discoloration or fading.  No Scuffing or Scratches. The Upholstery Material is Nice. It is Soft and Pliable. Not Dry or Brittle.  There is one split around the center of the pad. No other visible Rips, Cracks, or Tears. The backside looks Good. One bracket is pulled out a little but this will still mount well. No Separation. No Heavy Rust. Overall, this is a Good Original Blue Steering Wheel Pad.
