Leather (there are no markings that say leather) it feels and looks like leather and I know Teva uses Leather Working Group ('LWG') certified tanneries.

Right shoe on top of toe is a dark red/purple discoloration. See pictures.

Bottoms are in excellent condition and I see very little to no wear on the rubber bottoms. There are no holes or tears. Stitching is good and intact.
