Holmin 300 Portable PA System with Audio-Technica ATR-1500 Microphone

Condition:  PARTS - This item is listed as parts because we are unable to say that it works but odds are it does work, you need new batteries to check.  This portable public address system runs off two 6-volt lantern batteries.  The batteries in the case are no good and will need to be replaced and will be removed before shipping.  The original cords and microphone have been replaced with an Audio-Technica ATR-1500 Microphone.  The case is in good shape with all feet attached, the metal hinges and closures have some rust starting and there is wear and a tear at the bottom corner.  Please see all pictures for condition.
