This is an Oversized Serving Spoon and Fork in the Baroque pattern by Elegance Silver. 

It is vintage silver-plate, and quite impressive in it's size, The spoon is 11.25” long, with a 4” bowl. Despite the pitting, the  pair would make a beautiful addition to a wedding buffet, or a shabby chic event.
