brass is in good condition with light marks from handling ,  needing a polish , wood base has some marks on the rear side.
Bell side winds properly and functions when hands moved;
Time side when winding , slips and seemingly is not winding as it does not tick .( I used a key from my other clock)
Dial and glass are nice .
