A cel from Mahou Shoujo Lalabel, featuring Lalabel mailing a letter, or at least dropping something into a box.  It comes with a sketch of the background behind it, as you can see.

I bought this cel twenty years ago.  It has been a special part of my magical girl collection ever since.
