DESCRIPTION
This European model camera has serial #691199 the last camera of this range being #692000. This was the first model with interchangeable finder. However this one already lost the shutter release prevention when the finder is closed. See pictures. Very rare camera.
Note the camera works fine at all speeds. But when set to B or Z it doesn’t keep the mirror down and the shutter button is disengaged. Z setting dial, black colored numbers, also should stay on 1/5th to keep the shutter button engaged.
It worked perfectly on B setting and long speeds were accurate. After trying Z setting it all got messed up. CLA will bring it back to fully functioning.
Shutter blinds are light leak free!
Overall and the rest of the camera shows signs of prior use and is in good condition. Shows some scuffs, shows scratches, no dings, no dents, shows paint rub off, cover shows wear. Focus screen in very good, bright condition, shows some dust.
