Fully engraved hand forged steel bolsters containing silver, sculptured copper and 18K gold frames. The creation is topped with a piece of 20 000 year old mammoth tusk scale handle retrieved from the bottom of the North sea. The blade is a 5 bar pattern welded steel composition with two nickle stripes. Edge and spine on the blade is explosion pattern and the middle section is a very tight 3 bar twist pattern. The sheath is hand tooled rawhide leather decorated with my personal Viking style pattern.Blade: Hand forged multibar blade. Uddeholm 15N20, c75 steel. Bolster: Hand forged pattern welded steel, random-pattern.
