OSMANTHUS NATURE IDENTICAL
You may have been looking at various Osmanthus sellers on Ebay. I took a look at the prices being quoted on Ebay and many are selling the oil at a small fraction of the wholesale price. The wholesale price of this oil is somewhere in the region of £12,000 per litre which works out at £120 for 10ml and £60 for 5ml. Therefore these sellers cannot be selling the authentic oil but one that is man made, these are referred to as nature identical or natural replacer. The sellers of these oils may have bought them in good faith believing them to be authentic, however the price is the giveaway. A nature identical oil is one made by analysing the various components of the authentic oil and then blending those components (these are known as isolates) in the same proportion as the authentic oil to make a very similar smelling oil.
The oil I am selling is a nature identical oil, the aroma is Intensely rich, sweet, fruity-floral aroma with honeyed apricot, dried raisin and plum nuances, light spicy and soft green notes, and faint animalic/leather undertones; very tenacious.It is made in India by a highly skilled oil chemist.
