This vintage wood owl with glasses is a charming piece of wall art that will add character to any room. The notepad and pen holder make it both practical and decorative.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in this beautiful piece that was made in the 1970s. The overall condition is excellent. The only tiny little flaw I saw was on the knuckle of the owl, I took a picture of the area to show it better.

When I first saw this piece, it reminded me of the Miller Studio one that was made around the same time. I think this is probably a knock-off of the Miller design. The feel of it has me a bit stumped. It feels like wood but looks like chalkware. It's heavy like chalkware but dense like wood. So I'm not sure which one it is. It also looks like the area where the note pad goes you will need to adhere the pad to the area with either double side tape like post it's or you can use velcro to keep the pad on as well.

I just love this piece. It's so mid century, and the glasses on the owl make him look so cute!!

This beautiful owl piece came from a sweet older woman who's family had an estate sale for her, she was a huge owl collector and I was fortunate enough to aquire some of her wonderful pieces and memories that I hope get to live on with a new owner that will make new memories with this lovely owl notepad holder.

VINTAGE:

Most of the items I acquire from estate sales, garage sales, and thrift stores. So, a lot of my items I will not have a history for, so they may come from a home that a smoker lived in or cats. I will do my best to smell out the sinkers and let you know any odors or visible flaws that should be addressed.
