This is a charming porcelain cake stand with a lot of character from Lipper & Mann. It's from around the 1950's.  They were importers based in New York, of fine porcelain and earthenware from Japan.  It's designed with a scalloped rim, accented with gold and features a pink rose floral center.  The measurements are approximately 3 7/8" high and 8 1/8" in diameter.
