Vintage Victor & Co Silver Candy dish/bowl.  4 Inches diameter

I don't know what all the markings on the bottom (see picture #1) mean.

Some damage around the rim (see pictures)

It weighs 6 ounces, but doesn't say Sterling.  looks Old.
