Huge Improvement!
Bring new life, sound and looks to your Dynaco ST-70. I really am astonished at how so many of these units were assembled poorly with cold solder joints loose connections etc. Remember that many of these amps were purchased as kits and assembled by a novice hobbyist. In addition, at 60 plus years of age and use, the capacitors have dried out and resistor values may have changed.
My service includes PARTS and LABOR replacing the original old input driver circuit board and ALL outdated electronics with new equal value high quality electronics and a new high quality circuit board with original circuit design. You have a choice of using 7199 or 6GH8A tubes. Also included in this rebuild will be a new power supply capacitor with greater capacitance than the original along with safety rectifier diodes installed in order to help protect the power supply. Bias supply will also be addressed with new parts. Virtually all electronics will be replaced with the exception of the original transformers. Price does NOT include tubes. New tubes can be supplied for additional cost.
