When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business. 

From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!

This is an Antique/Vintage Victorian Yellow gold filled large Pin/brooch with beautiful golden Faux Citrine Stones in the center and in the center of the flowers.

It measures 3/4" x  just under 2 1/2".

You could wear this as a pendant if you want to slide a chain through the pin stem.
