We offer free standard shipping on most products.  If you need expedited shipping, that will cost extra.  Please be sure to select the appropriate shipping at checkout.  If you complete checkout for free economy shipping, but contact us for an upgrade, you'll have to cover the added expense to expedite your shipment. 

In most cases we can accept returns on this product for up to 30 days.  If you receive a defective item, damaged shipment or incorrect produt, please contact us so we can correct that. 

If you'd like to return the item please contact us for a Return Authorization.  Unauthorized returns may be refused or be inelegible for refund. 

Returns must be scanned by a carrier within 30 days of when it was delivered to you.  Returns not scanned by return carrier within 30 days may be refused or become inelegible for refund.
