DESCRIPTION

Also known as a stabiliser bar or torsion bar, the anti roll bar on your car helps to reduce body roll when cornering. Our range is suitable for a variety of vehicles. and keep the suspension functioning correctly. Shock absorbers primary functions are to keep the wheels of your vehicle in contact with the road by absorbing the energy from the coil springs and provide a smooth ride.

If your vehicles ride and handling is compromised i.e., knocking around the suspension area then this might potentially be a failing ball joint on the anti roll bar link.

Boxes must be opened carefully, and not torn, taped, damaged and stickers not directly placed on them for restocking purposes.

Expected Delivery is between 3-5 working days (always leave a contact number in case the courier needs to contact you.)

DELIVERY

Please note postage charges may apply on some parts. Please see the item detail page for confirmation. This also applies to all orders going to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, or other offshore UK islands. The postage charge as applicable will be on the listing when your postcode for delivery is entered.

European deliveries will be shipped via DHL, UPS or DPD Express service. Anything outside of Europe will go by Air Express. If you are outside Europe and require an order to be shipped to you and you can't find your country on the list, please message us via eBay system for a quote.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days via the appropriate selected postage method. Please note we do not despatch or deliver on the weekend.

Please note that if you have not received your order in the expected time frame, we have to contact the courier company before a lost parcel claim is raised, however this is a very rare occurrence. Please allow for three working weeks for items to be returned to the sender if not delivered within this time period.

If you need your order urgently then we suggest using Next Day service.

RETURNS

We accept returns on all unused items in their original and undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be made excluding all P&P costs.

You have 15 days to inform us that you are returning the item, provided the part has not been fitted and is still in its original and undamaged packaging. After informing us of the return, you have 15 days from that date to have the part delivered back to us. We will then check the returned goods and make sure they are in a resalable condition. If the packaging is damaged or the seal has been opened or tampered with on the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the returned part.

We will only offer a full refund on the original value of the goods excluding any packaging and postage costs.

Returns can only be made by prior arrangement. Please message us via eBay for a return authorisation number.

Unauthorised returns will be refused. We are not liable for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. It is your responsibility to send any returns via recorded delivery along with your return authorisation number.

Refunds will be refused without proof of purchase, name and address of the recipient and a brief description of the problem with the part, where necessary. This will help us swiftly resolve any issues with your transaction.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Once the goods are returned they will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested.

Product Exchanges:

If you wish to return a product for an exchange, we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping and handling fees. Any exchange will have to be agreed upon by first informing us of the issue with the part. Then at our discretion, we will decide the next course of action. Similar to returns, you also have 15 days to request an exchange with an explanation and a further 15 days from that date (once we have come to an agreement) to return the part back to us.

Faulty Goods:

Any product returned as faulty, will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested. This process can take up to 30 days. Customers will have to purchase a replacement part for the full value if they wish. Once the manufacturer has provided an official report, declaring the part to be faulty only then will we refund you for your initial purchase.
