How We Measure

To ensure that you are ordering a shirt which fits properly, we suggest you measure your favorite shirt and compare the measurements to the size charts below.

Lay your shirt on a flat surface and measure accordingly:

Width measurements are across the front of the shirt, from armpit seam to armpit seam.

Length measurements are from the bottom seam of the shirt to the top of the back collar of the shirt. 

For all sizes, doubling the width measurement will give the chest / bust measurement.

(Remember: Our measurements are in inches. For metric conversions please remember 1 inch = 2.54cm.)

Note:These charts are meant as a guideline to help you select an appropriate size.This is not a guarantee of a perfect fit.

Because our merchandise is supplied by different vendors the measurements are averaged. The shirts will be within 1” to 2” of these dimensions and are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton unless otherwise noted in the shirt’s description. 

Return/Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our greatest concern! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make every effort to assure you are completely satisfied.

• We accept returns/exchanges made within 30 days of purchase.
• You, as the sender, are responsible for the return shipping, unless there was an error on the part of Animation Shops.
• We suggest using USPS Priority or a carrier that uses tracking numbers. Please insure your items, Animation Shops will not be responsible for any lost packages.
• Important: Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags where applicable. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn or are not in original sales condition. There is no exception to this policy.
• Shipping is not refundable, we will deduct from your refund the shipping cost, even if your item shipped "Free." If you are exchanging, you will receive credit for the full amount of the item.
• Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed on any returns or exchanges. 
• We suggest using USPS Priority or a carrier that uses tracking numbers. Please insure your items, Animation Shops will not be responsible for any lost packages.
• We inspect every item for quality and order accuracy before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning your item, so we can promptly correct the issue.
• Please allow 2-3 busimess days for the processing of returns/exchanges. 

Please fill out the form on the back of the invoice you received with your order, and include it with your return. Make sure to include the following:

• Is this return for a refund or exchange?
• The item(s) and item number(s) you wish to return/exchange.
• The reason for returning or exchanging the item(s).
• If this is for an exchange, what are the replacement item(s), item number(s) and size(s).
• A contact email address and phone number should we need to contact you regarding the return.

The exchange or credit will not be processed without this information.

We accept all major credit cards thru PayPal. Payment must be sent within 4 days. If you need more time to purchase multiple items or other reasons, feel free to contact us. After 4 days an Unpaid Item Case will opened. We are sorry - we cannot accept mailed-in payments.
