This is a new item it has never been used or worn.it is a shoulder, back corrector than could be used for other ailments also.it is made in China and is black.it is fastened by hook & loop. There is a size on it in one of the seams that shows it is size large. There are two stiff ribs in the back that are very rigid.so it has a good back brace and the elastic that holds shoulders are very sturdy. We use USPS First Class Package to ship our items.
