The rebuild/service available here is for ONE Porsche 996 / 997 convertible top hydraulic cylinder with the option to buy additional services.

This  particular  auction will include a non transferable 10 YEAR WARRANTY.

  In most cases you'll know when the cylinder/s fail, for starters the top suddenly stops or not responsive. You might also discover a puddle of hydraulic fluid directly in front of the rear tires? Keep in mind that if one cylinder leaked out? the second one is probably on its way to failing as well.

 Rebuild includes: 

• Failing seals removed
• IMPORTANT... hoses including the cylinders are blown out and free of any damaging debris
•  New seals installed
• The cylinder case cleaned and finally wrapped up for insured shipping!  

  

  With all orders, We include a full set of  NEW copper 'crush washers' to insure tight fluid hose connections at the pump. 

NOTE: Due to supply chain issues, a crush washer set will be included with all rebuilds of 2 or more cylinders (pair). If needed? washer sets are available and sold separately at $10 per set.
