❤ PRINTING PROCESS:

We use DTG (Direct to Garment) premium printing which allows your design to stay vibrant wash after wash. DTG creates high-quality prints with maximum detail and bright vibrant colours so your design will never fade, peel or crack. Unlike our competitors, we do not use sublimation or vinyl!

❤PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DURATIONS

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and fast, reliable shipping. 

Processing Times: 

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer - we appreciate your patience in these cases.

Shipping Options: 

We offer standard shipping via Royal Mail First Class. Generally, this takes around 2-5 business days within the UK. Nonetheless, please note that these time frames are not always guaranteed. If you require a faster delivery, we offer the option to upgrade to Royal Mail next day, which typically takes 1-2 business days. However, please be aware that AishaBaileyDesigns cannot be held responsible for any delays once your order has been dispatched.

International shipping:

We regret to inform you that international shipping is no longer available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.  

Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please note that for standard deliveries, tracking information will not be available until Royal Mail attempts to deliver your package. In the event that you have not received your order after five working days, please do not hesitate to contact me for further assistance. 

❤Refunds and Returns Policy: 

Our store specialises in producing custom-made items, hence we do not accept returns apart from cases where there has been an error on our end. Nonetheless, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and would like to help you find a resolution if you are not pleased with your order. We, therefore, request that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue, and we will work with you to find a remedy. Please keep in mind that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and buyers are responsible for arranging the shipping costs.
