USA Shipping:
- We ship using USPS First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and occasionally FedEX.
- We may upgrade your shipping method at our discretion.
- Tracking is provided. Orders over $750 will require a signature per Paypal rules.
International Shipping, Customs Fees, Import Taxes and Duty:
- We ship USPS First Class International and Priority Mail. It's your choice!
- There is limited or no tracking on FCI or Flat Rate Priority Shipping.
- Allow two to ten weeks when choosing First Class International, but it's usually far less.
- Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these
- additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- Don't ask us to falsify a customs form...We will not do it.
Insurance:
- We insure all International shipments and some domestic shipments.
- Our insurance carrier requires a 20 day domestic (USA) and 40 day International waiting period before we file a claim.
- You agree to wait the required time and agree to complete a online affidavit for the insurance company if we file a claim for your lost or damaged shipment. Shipsaver is our carrier and they provide excellent service.

Returns:
- No returns are accepted on opened items.

- A restocking charge of 15-20% may apply.
