One other statement just to clarify the unit. This unit is NOT an air conditioner in the standard use of the word. It does NOT contain any Freon or chemicals to chill the air as all true air conditioners do. This is a true swamp cooler...natural cooling unit. It works by pulling in the warm air and cooling that air over ice and expelling a stream of cool air from the vent. This eco friendly USB fan model unit absolutely will NOT cool down the air temp of a room, vehicle or boat cabin. This unit is meant to cool just your surrounding area by blowing a cool stream of air about 2-4 feet from unit. For use in places where getting ANY cool air is impossible so that you can have some relief. If you want a unit to cool the actual room temp of an enclosed room, vehicle or boat cabin or tent...
