This is a notebook from a very high level US Military officer that likely was the senior diplomat to the academy during the period of re-establishment in 1950. I know this as there is a referenence to a meeting with Superintendant Lt. General Lo Yu-lun and "UN Mr. Shia" the day after "move to Feng-Shan" in the very front of the notebook. He also has "meet department heads" and "inspection of Academy" so I can only assume that this was the senior US officer. A complete schedule in this part of the book is below as I believe it is most important to establishing this as from the ranking officer. Also included in order are areas in the book that I believe to be important to this.
