Payment
· Paypal payments are our preferred method of payment and are expected within 7 days, however if there is any problems please contact us.
· We do also accept Mail payments (Postal order) and they are expected within 7 days but please contact us before purchasing if this is how you wish to pay.
· We do file unpaid item claims with eBay for buyers who don’t pay within the payment period (unless contact has been made and more time to pay has been agreed).
Postage & Packaging Charges
P&P charges are normally free.
We do not make money on any P&P that we charge.
Delivery –
We will post all items out on the same working day as long as payment has been received and cleared by 11am. If after 11am then it will be posted the next working day.
Postage is normally free and usually by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
We have an additional postage option of using Royal Mail – Guaranteed by 1pm service for extra speed but at an additional cost.
Feedback –
If you have any issues with any item that you receive from us please contact us before leaving negative feedback – We are only human and do sometimes make mistakes.
We are always happy to do our best to resolve any issue.
If you are happy with your item when you receive it please leave us feedback and we will then do the same for you.
Returns –
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the item please contact us within 30 days of buying for a no questions asked refund. However we do expect the item to be posted back to us in the same condition as it was received in before the refund will be given (Please note this cost will not be refund).It is always advised that any return is done through eBays return system.
