We stand behind the quality of our parts and service. Please read our return and refund terms carefully to ensure a smooth process.

✅ Returns Accepted

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping. If an eBay label is used, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Restocking Fee: 20% restocking and handling fee applies to eligible returns (see below).
• eBay Money Back Guarantee: Applies if the item is not as described in the listing.
• Return Method: Follow eBay’s return process through your account.

🔧 Restocking & Handling Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to:

• Buyer remorse (e.g., “Ordered wrong part” or “Changed mind”)
• Unused, uninstalled items returned in original condition and packaging

This fee helps cover labor, inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling.

No restocking fee will be charged if:

• The item arrived damaged
• We shipped the wrong part
• The item is defective (unless it is an electrical part that was installed — see next section)
• 📦 Shipping
• We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS within the USA.
• All international orders are shipped through eBay International Shipping (EIS).
  ⚠️ Import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

⚡ Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical parts cannot be returned once installed
• Items marked “Final Sale” in the listing are not eligible for return
• Used, damaged, or altered items are not accepted

📦 Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If an eBay return label was used, its cost will be deducted from the refund
