How to do personalized badge holders by sublimation?
1. Peel off the transparent protective film on the white side of the aluminum plate.
2. Prepare sublimation paper with image, placing the pattern towards the white side of the plate.
3. Transferring designs by press machine (350-380F, 30-45s, heavy pressure ).
4. Remove the protective film of the holder, adhere the aluminum plate to it.
