FAST Shipping: We stock what we sell. This means most items paid for by Noon Eastern-Time (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays) are shipped the same day. In the event that an inventory mistake occurs, we'll contact you to find a solution.

USA Shipping: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 4-6 days for domestic only.

International Shipping: All international orders are managed through eBay's Global Shipping Program. Please see the Shipping Tab for full costs. We do not collect or track taxes, tariffs, duties, or other import fees which may be assessed when your order arrives. You are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, duties, and import fees. Please consider these costs before placing your order. By law, we must report the purchase price on customs declarations forms. Please do not ask us to modify the price or state that your order is a gift.

Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact us via eBay's messaging system within the return window or use eBay’s Return System. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item back to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, item significantly not as described).

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items, except in cases where the return is due to our error or the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

Refund Processing: If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
