Availability

We only list items on eBay that we have in stock at Orranje HQ, so you can be assured that when you place an order it will be sent out ASAP from stock on our shelves, and not from other locations or suppliers.

Packaging

As with many companies, Orranje Performance receives a lot of packaging protecting the items that we purchase from suppliers. We hate waste, so we have taken the decision to reuse as much packaging as we can to reduce the amount that we throw away. This means that, where possible, we may reuse packaging to ship items to you, which could mean that the bubble wrap, foam packaging or outer box isn't brand new. Please don't worry though; we will only reuse packaging if we are confident that it will offer the protection your item requires.

Please note that this product may not be TÜV approved.  Please contact us if you wish to check if this product is TÜV approved or not.

Instructions

Not all items include printed instructions, as manufacturers move towards online instructions to save wastage.  Unfortunately eBay does not allow us to link to external sites / files on our listings.  If you require instructions, please contact us and we will be happy to send them to you, where available from the manufacturer.

Delivery

We strongly advise that fitting appointments are not booked until the items have been delivered to you.

Although we make every effort to deliver items within the timescales stated, we cannot guarantee that couriers or delivery agents won't fail in their duty to deliver goods successfully and on time. The delivery contract is between Orranje Performance Ltd and the courier, however Orranje Performance Ltd may require the customer's assistance to provide evidence or other information to the courier.

In the event of an item being lost during delivery by the courier, Orranje Performance Ltd are unable to send out a replacement until the courier confirms that they cannot locate the item or the item is returned back to us. In this instance we would advise the customer re-orders if they require the item sooner, and Orranje Performance Ltd will arrange a full refund once the original item is returned or confirmed lost.

If ordering from abroad, please ensure items are legal / can be imported into your country. Refunds will not be provided if items are confiscated and disposed of by customs.

We make use of eBay GSP for international eBay orders, meaning cheaper shipping costs for customers, but with a slightly longer delivery time.  You may receive a delivery notification to say the item has been delivered to a UK address.  This is the item being delivered to eBay GSP in the UK, who will then forward the items on to you.  Further tracking details will be provided for the shipment from eBay GSP to you, and will be available against the eBay order.

Polyurethane Bushings Vs Standard Bushes

Note for products with Polyurethane bushings;

Polyurethane bushings can improve a car’s handling, but can also stiffen the road, increasing noise and vibration to the cabin. If this is a concern, please do not upgrade to polyurethane bushes, or seek advice from ourselves or other owners before upgrading.

Returns

The standard eBay returns policy applies to all items, unless the item has been custom ordered or custom made.

Items cannot be returned once used. Returned items that are found to be used will be subject to a maximum deduction, as allowed by eBay.

Postage costs will not be refunded.
