The spiral nozzle is a new conical spray nozzle in which the liquid tangles and collides with the successively smaller spiral surface and is sprayed out as tiny droplets to form a conical spray shape.
With a spray angle of 120°, the spiral nozzle has a compact design that allows maximum flow of liquid in a given size of pipe and minimises blockage of the nozzle due to the smooth passage design.
Widely used in a variety of scenarios such as exhaust gas desulphurisation, cleaning and dust removal, gas scrubbing and cooling, fire sprinkling, agricultural sprinkling and irrigation.
