A prototype is Steam Locomotive for Taiwan Railway Administration(TRA).

It has the origin in Japanese Steam Loco, Class 8620 and it was modified for Taiwan, for example attaching cow catcher.

Now, Loco No. CT152 is preserved at Miaoli Railway Museum.
