Our standard and most preferred method of payment is Paypal. Through Paypal you can instantly pay with any debit or credit card and the transaction is completed on a trusted and secure platform. If unable to use Paypal, we may be able to offer alternative payment methods such as bank transfer, however this would have to be agreed in advance. We are based in the UK and all orders are also dispatched from our Lancashire warehouse. Our regular cut off time for same day dispatch is 12:00, however at busy periods this may have to be made a little earlier.

We offer a number of shipping options including:

• 2nd Class – the most economical option and usually takes 2-3 working days to receive.
• 1st Class – an affordable speed upgrade which has a ‘delivery aim’ of 1-2 working days.
• Special Delivery – for when timing is paramount. This is a guaranteed next day service.

Worldwide shipping is available. Ebay should calculate the shipping cost to your country, however if it doesn’t work correctly or something doesn’t look right, just drop us a message.

With a number of shipping options provided, its easy to order goods for a certain date. Please be aware however that delivery times are estimates and postal delays can occur. The mail handling chain is a lengthy one and sadly, although rare, the occasional issue does arise. If your goods haven’t been received on the estimated date, please allow a bit of extra time for this reason and drop us a message if it still hasn’t come. We are always here to help and will ensure we fix the issue for you.
