- 99% of our items ship from our warehouse in CA. Items under 100lbs ship UPS/FEDEX/USPS. Items over will ship LTL Freight. These items require pallet and lift-gate or loading dock access. If you require assistance please contact us before purchasing. Thank you. Delivery does not include inside delivery. Freight items are only delivered outside. Please do not discard any pallets or packaging until you have inspected and tested your unit. If you see damage to your item upon delivery please refuse the shipment and do not sign any delivery. The item will be returned to us and a new one will be sent out to you.
